Mindset Coaching

This space is for Black women with physical, medical, or neurological limitations that shape how they move, function, or show up in the world.

If you’ve spent years shrinking your needs, questioning who you are beyond those limitations, or feeling unseen by the people closest to you, this space was created for you.

Through identity-centered coaching with Jamila, you’ll release limiting labels, reconnect with your sense of self, and learn to show up in your fullness without apology.

If You Answer yes to any of these questions, Then you're In The Riright Place

Did You Know?

Every day, thousands of Black women navigate life with physical, medical, or neurological conditions, but most never receive the emotional support, identity guidance, or understanding they truly need.

A large percentage silently carry shame, invisibility, and exhaustion because they were conditioned to “push through,” “stay strong,” or “be grateful,” even when their inner world is breaking.

Why?

Because many women like you:

  • Were taught to hide their pain so others wouldn’t feel uncomfortable,

  • Learned to make themselves smaller just to be accepted,

  • Grew up feeling misunderstood, misread, or labeled as “too emotional,”

  • Spent years masking symptoms, needs, or sensitivities to fit in,

  • Or lost their sense of self trying to survive environments that were never built for their bodies, minds, or spirits.

However,

You were never the problem.
Your sensitivity, your story, your difference, none of it was a flaw.

You simply didn’t have a space that honored the fullness of who you are.
A space where your emotions make sense.
Your needs matter.
And your identity is not defined by what you’ve endured.

You’re not looking for someone to “fix” you; you want someone who sees you.
Someone who understands the weight you’ve carried and the identity you’ve had to silence just to keep going.

That’s where Coach Jamila comes in.

Through emotionally grounded, truth-centered coaching, she helps Black women reclaim the parts of themselves they had to hide, release the shame they were never meant to carry, and step into an identity that feels whole, affirmed, and deeply their own.

This isn’t about changing who you are.
It’s about returning you to the truth of who you’ve always been.

What’s most life-changing is that you’ll enter with your pain, but you’ll leave with your power:

What You’ll Walk Away With

A Clearer Sense of Who You Are Beyond Your Pain Story

You’ve spent years defining yourself by what happened to you, what hurt you, or what made you “different.”
With Coach Jamila, you’ll uncover a version of yourself that feels whole, grounded, and fully yours — not shaped by shame or survival, but by truth and identity.

You'll finally be able to say, “This is who I am… and I belong to me.”

Emotional Relief From Carrying Everything Alone

You no longer have to hold your tears in private while smiling in public.
You’ll learn how to name what you feel, express what you need, and stop apologizing for having emotions.
Expect emotional clarity, not confusion — and support that feels like exhaling for the first time in years.

Tools to Heal the Parts of You That Were Silenced

Whether your pain is rooted in childhood, disability, masking, or being misunderstood — you’ll learn how to meet those parts with compassion instead of judgment.
Jamila will teach you how to stop internalizing blame and start honoring your truth with softness and strength.

A Life That Doesn’t Feel Heavy, Exhausting, or Performed

You’ll finally step into a life where you can:

  • show up without pretending

  • rest without guilt

  • speak without fear

  • exist without shrinking

You’ll rebuild a life that feels emotionally safe, spiritually aligned, and genuinely yours — not one you learned to survive in.

A Reconnection With Your Intuition — Bringing Peace, Not Pressure

No more feeling disconnected or believing you’re somehow “not enough” on a personal or inner level.
You’ll reconnect with your intuition, your inner sense of truth, and the calm you’ve been missing.
You’ll learn to hear yourself clearly again and trust what you know.

The Inner Grounding to Make Decisions That Support You — Not Hurt You

You’ll stop second-guessing everything.
Stop choosing out of fear or desperation.
Stop staying in places that drain your spirit.
You’ll make choices from clarity, dignity, and self-respect instead of survival.

Meet Coach Mila

For a long time, I was the woman who smiled in public and fell apart in private.
I tried harder, loved harder, and made myself smaller just to feel chosen—yet still carried the quiet ache of being overlooked, unseen, and unsure of my worth.

I was born with Spina Bifida, and my experience often felt complicated to explain.
I could walk, which meant I didn’t fully fit into spaces where disability was clearly visible. But I also didn’t move through the world the same way as those without disabilities. I often felt caught in between—too capable for some spaces, yet too different for others. That in-between space left me feeling misunderstood, isolated, and unsure of where I truly belonged.

Over time, I learned to hide my emotions, apologize for my needs, and convince myself that my pain was something I just had to manage quietly. I stayed in relationships and environments that made me shrink because I didn’t know who I was without them.

My shift didn’t come from a perfect moment—it came from exhaustion.
The day I admitted I didn’t want to just survive anymore, I chose peace over approval and began the work of returning to myself.

Today, I support women who carry that same quiet heaviness—the ones who say they’re “fine,” but are tired of fighting alone. I don’t coach from theory or a place of having it all figured out. I walk with you from lived experience, compassion, and deep understanding.

This journey isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you reconnect with who you are beneath the coping, the silence, and the shrinking.

If any part of this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to walk this path by yourself anymore.
